Shipping and Returns
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
Risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of New Discount. In case of damage during transport, a motivated complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Orders are generally processed within 7 working days. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
Shipping costs are calculated directly at the end of the order based on the products and quantities purchased.
Delivery is free in Metropolitan France only. Deliveries to DOM-TOM countries will be handed over to the carrier handling the transit for the client. If you wish us to handle the delivery, please contact us to review your order, weight, and shipping rate.
Orders paid via the Paypal website will be shipped within 8 days, the time required to verify the transaction.
Orders paid by check will be shipped within 15 days, the time required to verify the transaction.
